a. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services and its components will remain with and belong exclusively to Rezonata Labs.
b. The names Hyphii, Rezonata Labs, and associated graphics, logos, designs, and trademarks are the intellectual property of Rezonata Labs.
6. User-Generated Content
a. You retain all your ownership rights to your content, but you are required to grant limited license rights to Hyphii and other users of the service.
7. Privacy Policy
a. Your use of Hyphii is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference.
8. Changes to Terms
a. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
b. You are advised to review the Terms periodically for any changes.
9. Termination
a. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

a. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
